I am having trouble assembling the CD Car Mount. I have been unable to get the female piece to snap onto the piece that actually holds the phone. Any advice?

We find it best to actually snap the female piece onto the base before attaching the ball mount. This allows you apply the necessary pressure to snap the base into position. Once you align the two pieces together, you must apply vertical target pressure until you hear a loud pop. Once you hear that pop you know you have a secure lock into the base. 

Why was my order was cancelled?

If you purchase one of our discount deals and your discount voucher is not applied then your order will automatically be cancelled. Please resubmit your order and take care to type and apply your code. If you use the copy / paste function to enter your code the discount code may not properly apply to your transaction. 

I've entered my discount code but I get an error "Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered".

Please check your code to verify that the code was entered correctly. Please include dashes if present. Also please be careful to note the letter O from the number 0. This is a common mistake.

I've entered my discount code but I get an error "The maximum number of uses of the discount have been exceeded." 

If you see this error it means your discount code has already been redeemed. Please contact us at  - please include your name, deal site, time and date of purchase. Also please include the best number and time of day to reach you.

I've added my items to the shopping cart however I'm not able to enter multiple quantities. 

Many of our promotions are limited to one item per order. 

I haven't receive my order. Why not? 

We ask that you please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Once your package is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Packages will be confirmed upon delivery with a tracking number from either the US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS.

I purchased a voucher at a daily deal site yet when I go to complete my order, I still see the full price listed. What gives?

You will be prompted to enter and apply your voucher prior to completing your order. Once you apply your voucher, the full amount of your discount will be deducted from the total.
